MY SERVICES
Before the photo session:

• Consulting about the kind of the suitable service

• Consultation and discussion of the goal for the "Business photo session" service

• Help with the creation of you looks (consulting about the choice of the clothes, accessories) in all offered services except for events.

During the shooting:

• Taking pictures

• Taking care of the light (natural / artificial) and studio equipment

• Help and guidance with the posing

After the shooting:

• Choosing of previews, post-processing and delivery of final images

Not included:

• Services of a visagist / hairdresser / stylist (can be booked separately)

• Costs of location renting

• Travel tickets outside the city of Zurich

• Further special agreements

DURATION OF THE PHOTO SESSION
The aim of every photo session is the agreed amount of images and out of my experience I reserve enough time for every service. The maximal duration (the time I reserve for a photo session) is declared in the descriptions of the services.

DELIVERY OF THE PHOTOS
I deliver high-resolution JPGs. I do not hand out the unprocessed images and originals (RAW).
The photos will be uploaded securely and password-protected to the platform Smugmug, from where they can be downloaded with the button "Download all"on right side of the main picture. Delivery of paper prints can be agreed separately in advance and will be charged separately. The originals will be deleted after the delivery of the photos.
 

DELIVERY MODALITIES

Because it is important for me, that you can enjoy your photos very soon after the shooting, I deliver them fast. As a rule you will receive the previews within 48h after the shooting.
You agree to make and send me your final choice of the images within 7 calendar days after the receiving of the previews. I will deliver the final photos within 5 calendar days after the receipt of the chosen previews. In case you do not make your choice in time, I will make my own decision and send the final photos according to my choice.

Exception: event photography. I make the final choice of the photos and deliver them without sending the previews. The delivery term is appointed separately.
 

POST-PROCESSING / RETOUCHE
Post-processing is an important part of the process and usually takes at least twice as long as the photo session itself. I aspire to let people look as natural as possible in their photos. I adjust the light and the colours, if needed I remove skin blemishes and distracting objects in the environment. I do not modify body shapes or facial features.

If you choose me as your photographer, you agree with my color correction and post-processing (please make yourself acquainted with them on my website www.yogaphoto.ch or on Instagram www.instagram.com/yogaphoto.ch). Please consider, that in your usage no further processing and no filters are allowed. I can only tolerate small corrections of lightness/contrast/sharpness and light cropping. I use artistic means of expression (grain, blur, light etc.) at my own discretion. These cannot be appealed as defects.

I do not take any responsibility for your outside appearance / looks at the photo session (no subsequent digital changes in makeup, clothes, hair style, manicure, pedicure or other parts of your outer appearance will be made).


USE OF THE IMAGES
If not agreed differently, following conditions apply.

You can use the photos for your personal purposes and your own advertisement.
The service "Personal photo session" cannot be used for your business advertisement.

The pictures cannot be further processed for your use (see chapter post-processing / retouch).

Declaration of my name for the use of the photos is mandatory.

• On websites and in print media: directly under the image or in Impressum (photo by Evgenia Pronina, yogaphoto.ch)

• On Instagram: active link to my account www.instagram.com/yogaphoto.ch in posts, reels and stories

• In Facebook and other social media: as description under the image or in the comment below (photo by Evgenia Pronina, yogaphoto.ch)

• If you post the same photo in stories on social media several times, declaration is required only the first time

• Flyers: in the corner of the flyer (photo by yogaphoto.ch)

• Exception, if it is not a common practice (for example as profile picture in LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and the like)

Tagging in social media is desired. 

No reselling of digital or print copies is allowed.

The copyright of the photos remains mine by law (Urheberrecht).
 

In case I would like to use photos of you as my references, according to the law (Recht am Bild) I will get your verbal or written agreement to publish the images on social media (Facebook, Instagram) and on my websites www.pronina.net and www.yogaphoto.ch. If you generally allow me publishing the photos, you still can refuse the use of particular images. Please let me know, if you wish to be tagged in social media.

I reserve my right to submit the photos for competition or magazines, but I will get you allowance in advance and send you a model release to sign.

PAYMENT
The payment takes place either directly after the shooting per Twint to my number +41 76 536 19 18 or the bill will be sent together with the photos (to be paid within 10 days). No cash.
 

TRAVEL COSTS

Included within the city of Zurich.
Outside the city of Zurich the travel costs are to be paid separately according to the SBB halftax fare, 2nd class. 
 

DELAY / POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATION
Your late arrival is included in the duration of the shooting. The maximum duration cannot be exceeded.

In case of my late arrival of more than 30min the respective part of the payment will be deducted. However if you wish and I have time ressources, we can agree to prolongate the session by the according length of time. 

The agreed date and time of the photo session can be postponed once (latest 24h forehand) by both parties. The new date has to lie within 30 days after the first date. If this condition cannot be fulfilled, I reserve my right to cancel the photo session without replacement. 

Exception: postponement due to the weather conditions for outdoor shootings. In this case the amount of postponements will not be restricted from my side. 

If you want or need to cancel the session - no bad feelings. But please inform me the latest 48h in advance for free cancellation. For cancellations between 48h and 24h prior to the appointment 50% of the price will be charged, for the cancellations less than 24h in advance 100% of the price will be charged (you will receive the correspondent bill).

COMPLAINTS

If you are not content with some part of the result, I am always open to listen to you, to discuss possible solutions and to find a satisfying way for both parties. So don't hesitate to contact me within 30 calendar days after receiving the final photos. If I don't hear from you in this time, the photos are considered accepted termlessly by you as client.

 

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFERED SERVICES

Business photo session: 

CHF 400.-, min. 15 retouched photos, max. 120min

Personal photo session:

CHF 300.-, min. 20 retouched photos, max. 120min

​

Team pictures:

CHF 65.- , 1 retouched photo, max. 15min (per person, starting from 3 people)

Event photography:

CHF 200.- per hour

CHF 700.- half day (4h)

CHF 1200.- full day (8h)

Additional retouched photos:

CHF 40.- per image

​

Additional people for group sessions:

CHF 50.- per person

​

The services cannot be mixed (eg. a portrait for CV in an Event photo session) and have to be booked separately.

In case you do not agree with these conditions or some part of them, please let me know before the session and we will meet an individual agreement. You declare your agreement with these conditions by showing up to the photo session.
